MONTHLY EVENT: First Friday Gallery Night
Gallery Night is free and open to the public and takes place on the first Friday of every month from 5 to 8pm. Gallery guides with maps of participating locations and show descriptions are available at all participating venues and the Downtown Visitors Center on the Ithaca Commons.

GALLERY: CAP Artspace
The CAP ArtSpace Gallery features monthly exhibits of works by local artists. Most exhibits feature the work of a single artist.  Opening receptions are on First Friday Gallery Nights.

GALLERY: Community School of Music and Arts
The Community School of Music and Arts (CSMA) provides instruction in music, dance, visual arts, theater, and language arts. Their gallery features monthly exhibits.  Receptions are on First Friday Gallery Nights.

STORE:  The Frame Shop on Buffalo Street
Celebrating their 60th year of framing art in our community.  The Frame Shop is known for quality service, extensive product line and ease of location. They host several artist receptions through the First Friday Gallery Night each year and often have artwork hanging on their walls by local artists.

ANNUAL, MONTHLY, and BY APPOINTMENT: Greater Ithaca Art Trail
The Greater Ithaca Art Trail is a collection of over 40 Tompkins County artists.  All can be visited in their studios year round by appointment, on two October Open Studio weekends (where all studioes are open simultaneously) or on the First Saturday of every month when select studios are open.

GALLERY: Handwerker Gallery, Ithaca College

GALLERY: The Ink Shop Printmaking Center & Olive Branch Press
The Ink Shop Printmaking Center offers 1) exhibitions related to prints and works on paper including artist books; 2) a "Talk Print" series in which artists present and discuss their work and techniques; 3) Olive Branch Press, which publishes invited artists' prints or artist books; 4) workshops for established and emerging artists and 5) a year-round studio facility for printmakers and bookmakers.

STORE: Handwork
Handwork is a Cooperative Craft Store, started in 1976 by 12 local craftspeople. Handwork now has approximately 40 member artisans doing a range of work that includes pottery,
woodworking, glass, jewelry, fiber arts, wearable arts, leather, paper and art.

GALLERY: State of the Art Gallery
State of the Art Gallery is a cooperative fine art gallery showing new creative work by area artists.
