The Artists: The Artist Market is a unique opportunity for visitors to meet over 80 fine artists in one location. You'll have great conversations, buy local art, and enjoy live music, performances, local food, and a scenic boat tour - all in a stunning lakeside setting. The local artistic talent and variety of art forms they create is truly outstanding.

You'll see paintings, photographs, ceramics, altered books, art jewelry, quilts, fiber art, blown glass, collage, etchings, relief printing, handmade books, wood-turned functional items, mixed media, papercut art, illustrations, and sculpture. (Image: Michael Sampson)

And it’s not just visual artists! There are poets and writers along with local arts and community groups representing theatre, cinema, museums, and more. The Visitor Center is on hand to answer questions about the area, helping visitors make the most of their time in Tompkins County.
