This will be our 32nd annual juried show and sale of fine and functional art, with local and regional artists, community arts groups, food / wine / beer, a boat tour, raffles, and jazz throughout the day!

Applications for the 2024 Market will be on this page in May of 2024.

About the Artist Market:

The Artist Market is an annual event, happening on a Friday in August at the Farmers Market, an huge open air building on the Cayuga Lake inlet. The East Hill Jazz Band sets the mood throughout the event. There will be plenty of food/wine/craft beer/cider vendors. Discover Cayuga Lake will run a boat tour and the Visitor Center will be on hand for questions about the area!

10-minute performances by local musicians and theatre will be at the dock.

The Artist Market is a unique opportunity for visitors to find over 75 fine artists in one location to meet and talk to about their work. The local artist talent and variety of art forms they create is truly outstanding.

There will be paintings, photographs, ceramics, altered books, art jewelry, wearable fiber art, blown glass, collage, etchings, relief printing, handmade books, wood-turned functional items, mixed media, papercut art, illustrations, sculpture, and more! And it’s not just visual artists! There are poets and many local arts groups representing theatre, cinema, museums, and mor
