Howard Leib, Esq.
Intellectual property and entertainment attorney, an educator and a consultant

Howard has his own practice in both New York City and Ithaca, NY.  He offers a full range of legal services, with specialties in entertainment, corporate, trademark and copyright law, including litigation.
Through the years, Leib has worked with artists such as Whitney Houston, B.B. King, Kiss, BeBe & CeCe Winans, Bobby McFerrin, and Judy Collins.  Corporate clients have included MCA, BMG, Atlantic Records, Arista Records, Rhino Entertainment, Shout Factory Entertainment and 20th Century Fox.  As a consultant, Leib has worked with companies such as Nickelodeon, Rhino and Golden Books Family Entertainment.  He teaches both Entertainment Law and Music Law at Cornell’s College of Law, Trademark Law at Syracuse University’s Law School and Entertainment Law at Touro Law School. 
Leib holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and urban studies from Columbia University.  He received a Juris Doctor with honors from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he worked on both the Law Review and the Law Revue, as well as being a member of the Moot Court Board.  He lives in Ithaca, NY with his wife Marcie.

Holly Adams
Consultant: Teaching Artist Consultant

Holly is a performer and teaching artist whose work as an artist in residence for schools and universities links academic and arts curricula, as well as addressing social and cultural challenges.  Holly is also the Advocacy Chair for the New York State Theatre Education Association, and works closely with those creating the NYS Standards as well as arts coordinators for BOCES funding.  She has been an artist in residence, arts educator, and professional development specialist in CT, TN, TX, CA, NY, Canada, and in various countries in Europe and Asia. Holly is a member of SAG-AFTRA, a graduate of the Dell 'Arte School of Physical Theater, and holds a Master’s degree in Theatre, Education, and Social Change. She is also the 2009-2010 recipient of the Association of Teaching Artist’s Teaching Artist Service to the Field Award and the 2016 recipient of the Tom Niederkorn Award for "extraordinary contributions to artistic and educational programming at The Hangar Theatre". Her experience and training have made her sought after for professional development workshops that help teachers and artists create dynamic, standards-oriented artist residencies. Rob Licht, Art Preparator
Once you've made your artwork and have a show lined up, there are all sorts of technical issues that need to be addressed. Rob Licht has invaluable experience as an exhibiting artist and preparator and can help you mat and frame your art, build supports, pedestals, and packing crates, and hang your work. He can consult with you on what is the best approach to present your work. His studio is equipped with wood and metal working tools. His services include transporting, hanging and documenting a show as well as digital printing and image manipulation. He enjoys the challenge of presenting atypical work and installing heavy or awkward work. If you have a commission or other important project you are applying for, he can assist you in putting together an application package.
Rob has been a practicing artist for 30 years and has exhibited his sculptures, drawings and photographs widely. He is the creator of the Martin Luther King Sculpture on the Commons.
